1.2 Vehicle Information

To verify the vehicle used for providing rides, we collect:

• Vehicle Manufacturer
• Vehicle Model

• Vehicle Year
• Vehicle Type (Auto, Bike, or Car)

1.3 Identity Verification Documents

To verify driver identity and eligibility to provide services, we collect the following documents:

• Driving License
• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Live Selfie for identity verification
• Vehicle RC (Registration Certificate)
• Vehicle Photo
• Vehicle Insurance Certificate
• Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate

These documents are used solely for driver verification and regulatory compliance.

2. Location Information

The Driver App collects real-time location data only when:

• The driver explicitly chooses to go online, and
• The driver enables location access in the app.

Location data is used to:

• Match drivers with nearby passenger ride requests
• Track rides during trips
• Improve ride allocation and service efficiency

Driver location data is shared only with DroveOn backend systems and may be used for operational purposes such as ride matching, route tracking, and safety.

Location tracking stops when the driver goes offline.

3. Driver Account Verification

After submitting registration information and documents:

• DroveOn reviews and verifies the driver details.
• Verification may take some time depending on document validation and compliance checks.
• Once approved, the driver account will receive Approved Status.
• Only verified drivers can go online and accept ride requests.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Verify driver identity and eligibility
• Approve and manage driver accounts
• Enable drivers to receive ride requests
• Provide ride-matching services
• Improve service reliability and safety
• Prevent fraud or misuse of the platform
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We take reasonable security measures to protect driver information, including:

• Secure backend systems
• Restricted access to sensitive data

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

• With internal DroveOn systems to operate the platform

Drivers must ensure that:

Drivers will be notified through:
