1. Introduction

Welcome to Droveon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Droveon platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services in Uttar Pradesh and across India, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Droveon acts as an intermediary platform connecting passengers ("Users") with independent driver-partners ("Drivers"). We do not provide transportation services ourselves; we facilitate the connection between Users and Drivers.

3. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Cancellation

When you book a ride, you agree to pay the fare shown in the app. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a Driver has accepted your request, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree to treat Drivers and other users with respect. You will not cause damage to the Driver's vehicle or engage in any unlawful or inappropriate behavior while using the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Droveon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the App or Website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
