No Refund Policy

Droveon operates on a non-refundable basis. We do not accept refunds, chargebacks, or reversals for any transactions or charges made through our platform. This policy applies to all payments, bookings, and services provided through the Droveon mobile application and website.

1. Service Model

Droveon is a ride-sharing platform that operates on a real-time basis. Once a ride is completed and payment is processed, the service has been rendered and delivered. We do not offer refunds for completed rides.

2. Cancellation Before Ride Acceptance

If you cancel a ride before a driver accepts your request, no charges will be applied to your account.

3. Disputes and Concerns

If you have concerns about a charge or dispute related to a ride, please contact our customer support team at support@droveon.in. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action, which may include adjusting your account credits. However, we will not process refunds to your original payment method.

4. Account Credits

In cases where we determine that a charge was made in error or due to a legitimate issue on our platform, we may credit your Droveon account with the disputed amount. These credits can only be used for future rides on the Droveon platform and cannot be withdrawn or refunded as cash.
