DroveOn Driver App

These Terms of Service govern the use of the DroveOn Driver App operated by DroveOn Private Limited.

By registering as a driver, you agree to these terms.

1. Driver Platform

The DroveOn Driver App is a platform that connects independent drivers with passengers requesting transportation services.

Drivers using the platform are independent service providers and not employees of DroveOn Private Limited.

2. Driver Eligibility

To register as a driver, you must:

  • Be legally eligible to drive in India
  • Possess a valid Driving License
  • Provide valid identity documents
  • Provide valid vehicle documents
  • Pass DroveOn verification checks

DroveOn reserves the right to approve or reject any driver application.

3. Driver Verification

Drivers must submit required information and documents including:

  • Identity documents
  • Vehicle documents
  • Selfie verification

Accounts will be activated only after verification.

DroveOn may request additional verification at any time.

4. Driver Availability

Drivers can choose when to provide services by switching Online or Offline in the Driver App.

Drivers will receive ride requests from nearby passengers only when they are online.

Drivers are free to accept or reject ride requests, subject to platform policies.

5. Driver Conduct

Drivers must:

  • Follow all applicable traffic laws
  • Treat passengers respectfully
  • Maintain clean and roadworthy vehicles
  • Provide safe transportation services

Drivers must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Misrepresent identity or vehicle details
  • Use another person's account
  • Upload false documents

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Location Access

The Driver App may access location data when the driver chooses to go online.

This allows the platform to:

  • Identify nearby ride requests
  • Track rides for safety and operational purposes

Location tracking stops when the driver goes offline.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

DroveOn may suspend or terminate driver accounts if:

  • False information or documents are submitted
  • Fraudulent activities are detected
  • Safety complaints are received
  • Platform policies are violated

Drivers may also choose to stop using the platform at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

DroveOn provides the technology platform connecting drivers and passengers.

DroveOn is not responsible for:

  • Driver behavior outside the platform
  • Personal disputes between drivers and passengers
  • Vehicle damages or accidents

Drivers are responsible for maintaining proper insurance and compliance with local laws.

9. Changes to Terms

DroveOn may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Driver App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts where DroveOn Private Limited is registered.
